Yes. The estate has high-speed fiber internet. You are secluded in nature, but you can still stay connected when you need to. Taking a break from the everyday does not have to mean going offline.

A stay without the hall accommodates 12, or up to 16 using both pullout couches.
Guests can easily book a hotel in Princeton, West Virginia, or Wytheville, Virginia, both about a 30-minute drive from the estate. There is also a hotel in Bland, about 15 minutes away.
Yes. We provide 150 white cushioned chairs and enough round tables to seat all 150 guests at no additional charge. Our staff sets the tables and chairs in place.
Yes. An event coordinator is required for every wedding. You arrange your coordinator to manage the day’s schedule and work with your vendors.
Yes. The hall has heating and air conditioning, with ample room to seat 150 guests and still have a dance floor. The covered patio is available for cocktail hour before the reception.
The bathhouse beside Lake Hall has separate men’s and women’s sides, with private shower rooms and restroom facilities. Guests staying in the hall have a private place to shower and get ready.
Yes. The lake is private and stocked. Kayaks and paddleboards are welcome. Trails cross the property. The Appalachian Trail runs along the boundary.
Through farmland, past cattle and barns, to a private gate and a code. Then a mile of gravel through the forest. The lake is the reveal at the end of that mile.
No. One party at a time. A wedding and a stay are not booked over each other.
No. You bring them. The hall has a commercial kitchen and a covered patio. If alcohol is served, your special-event insurance must include alcohol coverage.
Yes. Couples must obtain special-event insurance for their wedding weekend. If alcohol will be served, the policy must include alcohol coverage (liquor liability). Coverage requirements are provided with the agreement.
An inquiry does not hold it. A signed agreement and the deposit do.
