Up to 150 guests · one private estate

Your wedding deserves a whole weekend.

Arrive on Friday afternoon. Settle into the lodge and cottage. Gather by the lake. From the rehearsal through a full Sunday together, the estate is yours until Monday morning. No other wedding. No other guests.

The weekend
$20,000

Friday afternoon through Monday morning. The Lake Hall, Alexander Lodge, and the cottage. The lodge sleeps 10, or up to 12 with its pullout couch. The cottage is ideal for 2, with a maximum of 4 using its queen bed and pullout couch. The hall sleeps 12. That is 24, or up to 28 using the lodge and cottage pullout couches. Hall guests have a bathhouse with separate men’s and women’s sides and private shower rooms.

One reservation for the full experience. The lake and grounds, the hall, and the beds for your closest people. Weddings here are reserved for the weekend, not by the day.

Time together

More than the ceremony.

A rehearsal with the people who know you best. Dinner on the water. Coffee on the porch the next morning. There is time to arrive, time to celebrate, and time to linger.

Marry on the lawn above the lake, at the tree line, or inside the Lake Hall. Keep the weekend in one place, with lodging for 24, or up to 28 using the lodge and cottage pullout couches.

From the first arrival to the last goodbye.

You come through the gate on Friday. The lake is empty. Rehearsal is on the lawn, or under the trees, or in the hall if the weather has already turned.

Saturday is the ceremony and a long dinner in the Lake Hall, with the water as the far wall. The covered patio welcomes cocktail hour before the reception. Inside, there is ample room to seat 150 guests and still have a dance floor, with heating and air conditioning for winter and summer weddings. Sunday is coffee on the porch, time with family, and another afternoon by the lake. There is room for setup on Friday and packing up on Sunday, without fitting it all into the wedding day. Departure is Monday morning.

Included at no additional charge are 150 white cushioned chairs and enough round tables to seat all 150 guests. Our staff puts the tables and chairs in place, leaving you free to focus on the celebration.

High-speed fiber internet is available when you need to reach a guest or check a last detail. You can be together in a secluded valley without losing touch with the people still on their way.

An event coordinator is required for every wedding. You arrange your coordinator, caterer, bar service, and officiant. There is a commercial kitchen and no in-house bar. Couples must obtain special-event insurance, including alcohol coverage (liquor liability) if alcohol is served. Coverage requirements are provided with the agreement.
